This tea comes from a Yellow Catuai micro lot,
 
"Cascara", which in Spanish means "peel" is the main ingredient for the the Cascara coffee berry tea.
 
It is prepared as an infusion made from the dried peels of the coffee fruits, commonly known as "cherries".
